Infernus Fires Pest
Untuk menghormati dan kesetiaan kepada penonton Gorgoroth dan kolaborator, Infernus telah ditendang Hama keluar dari band, efektif dengan segera. 38 menunjukkan Gorgoroth ini tur Eropa November dan Desember 2011 adalah sukses besar untuk band, dan kami ingin berterima kasih kepada penonton dan juga promotor lokal untuk sambutan hangat yang kami terima. Porto Concert 13.12.11 Cancelled
We are sorry to inform you that on the request of the local promoter we have to cancel the show in Porto on 13 December. That said, we would like to thank our audience for turning up in great numbers and giving us such a good reception at the concerts we have done so far on the tour, especially in Rome, Skopje, Ljubljana and Novi Sad!

Concert in Sofia Tonight - Cancelled
Massive Music has been forced to cancel the scheduled Gorgoroth concert with Vader and Valkyrja tonight in Sofia, after the bands had arrived at the venue. This due to fundamental mistakes made by the local promoter. We are therefore now leaving, despite there being a big crowd outside the venue. We are very sorry about this extremely unfortunate situation, and hope we get the chance to return to Sofia before too long to work with a more serious promoter.- Infernus, 02.12.2011, 18:24

Under the Sign of Hell 2011
Gorgoroth's new album "Under the Sign of Hell 2011" has now finally been pressed and CD's will be sold at the merchandise booths at the upcoming concerts of the European tour. The band has only a limited amount of CD's available for sale so they will only be available for purchase while stocks last. An official wide release date to stores will be announced when details on this are provided by Regain Records.

Short Tour Report
The first few shows on "The Sign of Hell Tour 2011" have now taken place, and everything is going well, despite the actions of certain ill-informed people in Berlin. Luckily, sanity prevailed, as evidenced by the reactions of the venue as well as Metal Hammer editor Jacob Kranz and others. The concert audience has been great so far, and it was also great being back in Copenhagen last night for the band's first show in Denmark since 2005.

Tour Dates Added
More dates have been added to Gorgoroth's "The Sign of Hell Tour 2011", specifically in Slovakia (30.11.11), Czech Republic (27.11.11) and Holland (22.11.11). There has also been a venue change for the Gothenburg concert. See the Live section for an updated tour schedule. More dates will be added when they have been confirmed by the tour arranger.

Under the Sign of Hell 2011 - New Delay
Infernus and Gorgoroth were informed this weekend by Regain Records that because of Regain's current financial situation, it will once again be necessary for the label to postpone the release of Gorgoroth's upcoming album "Under the Sign of Hell 2011", which was scheduled for release on 29. August 2011. The master tapes were handed over to Regain by the band in April this year, and so it is of course very disappointing for the band that the label for the second time is not able to meet the set release date. Therefore, to avoid this happening again, no new release date will be given by the band until Regain can sort out their problems and provide a new date with 100% certainty.

The Sign of Hell Tour 2011 - Tour Dates
In autumn 2011 Gorgoroth will embark on the band's longest tour yet, namely "The Sign of Hell Tour 2011" of Europe, to promote the band's latest recording, "Under the Sign of Hell 2011". This album, a complete re-recording of the band's 1997 album "Under the Sign of Hell", was recorded last year with financial support by Bergen Kommune, and is scheduled for release on 29. August 2011 by Regain Records. Accompanying Gorgoroth on the tour is Vader and Valkyrja. Bergen Concert Cancelled + Album News
At the request of the concert organizer, the Gorgoroth concert at Det akademiske kvarter in Bergen, Norway, on 20 May 2011, will regretfully have to be cancelled. Information on how to get ticket refunds will be posted at www.asf.uib.no in the next few days."Under the Sign of Hell 2011" - the re-recording of Gorgoroth's third album - will be released by Regain Records on 20 June 2011. On the album, Pest and Infernus repeat their roles as vocalist and guitarist/bassist, respectively, from the original 1996 recording, while Tomas Asklund does the drums.

Blackfest over X-Mass 2010
After having completed the 2nd leg of the "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" tour in November, Gorgoroth will return to continental Europe at the end of December 2010 for "Blackfest Over X-Mass 2010," an unholy five concert tour of Germany and Austria with Belphegor and Impiety. The tour will take place in the period of 26.12.10-30.12.10. These are the only five Gorgoroth concerts to take place during the end of December 2010/beginning of January 2011.The dates are as follows:

Studio News + Final November Tour Date Confirmed
Gorgoroth will spend the following week in Tomas Asklund's Monolith Studio to put the finishing touches on a project which has been kept secret until now: a complete re-recording of the band's third album "Under the Sign of Hell". It has long been Infernus' wish to do such a re-recording, and now the work is close to an end. No release date has been set yet, but an early to mid 2011 release is likely. In addition, the time in the studio will be spent working on the still untitled next Gorgoroth full-length album, tentatively scheduled for a late 2011 release. Both albums will be released by Regain Records.The final date of the 2nd leg of Gorgoroth's "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" European tour in November 2010 has been confirmed, making the list of tour dates as follows:

New Gorgoroth European Tour in November 2010
In November 2010, Gorgoroth will embark on what will be the 2nd leg of the "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" tour in Europe, following the nine dates of the tour which took place in April this year.Comments Infernus, "We're totally excited about this! To get the opportunity to extend the Quantos Possunt-tour into other European territories which we did not have time for in April. As of now, we aim at doing this as the 2nd out of three in total. This also coincides with the beginning of a new chapter for us in terms of booking-agency, as I last week made up my mind and decided to switch to Massive Music for the continental parts of Europe. Fear the return!"
The first confirmed concert which will be part of this tour is in Caen, France, at Le Cargö, on 25 November. Further details on the remaining dates will be posted when they are confirmed.
Before that, Gorgoroth will be playing three concerts in Brazil on 4-6 September, as well as at The Heavy Metal Circus expo in Mexico City on 11 September. More info on this can be found in the Live section.

Mexican Concert Confirmed
Gorgoroth will finally return to Mexico this autumn, to play live in Mexico City on 11 September 2010. More details will be posted when the venue has been chosen.As previously announced, Gorgoroth will perform at four European festivals this week and next week: Brutal Assault on 12 August (tomorrow), Bloodstock on 13 August, Jalometalli on 14 August, and Summer Breeze on 20 August, with support from Bergen Kommune. In addition the band will perform a concert in Nijmegen, Holland, on 21 August - before embarking on a Brazilian tour of three dates in the beginning of September, with support from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Short Update
In addition to the three Brazilian concerts already announced for 04.09.2010-06.09.2010 (in Belo Horizonte, São Paulo and Porto Alegre, respectively), Gorgoroth will also be performing in Brazil on 03.09.2010 and on 07.09.2010, making for a total of five concerts. More information on these two additional concerts will be announced when venues have been confirmed.The Gallery has also been updated with both images and video clips from the recent Ragnarök Festival, and also from the Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt tour of Europe which took place in April with support from both Norsk Kulturråd and Bergen Kommune.

New Dutch Concert Confirmed

European Tour Report + Brazil Tour in September
Gorgoroth completed their "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" European mini-tour on Saturday 17. April in Glauchau, Germany - a concert which marked the end of a successful tour with several sold-out shows. The band would like to extend their thanks to the crew and to the audience for their participation in making the tour a success. The next Gorgoroth concert will be held at Germany's Ragnarök Festival on Saturday 1. May, where the band is scheduled to go on stage at 11:35 PM. For a complete list of Gorgoroth's other upcoming European festival appearances, see the live section.Gorgoroth will also be returning to Brazil in September for 6 shows, including the Setembro Negro Festival. A complete list of dates and cities will be added at a later stage. The tour will be arranged by Tumba Productions.

New Gorgoroth Album in the Works
Infernus has just returned from rehearsals in Tomas Asklund's Monolith Studio outside of Stockholm, and the work on the follow-up album to "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" is progressing as planned. Half the new album (which is still untitled) has been recorded in pre-production form, and work on the album will continue through the year in between touring and festival appearances, with a tentative 2011 release date. The upcoming European tour, which starts on 9. April, is Gorgoroth's first European tour since 2005 and the first tour to feature Pest since 1997, and the band is looking forward to getting back on the road again after this long absence. Infernus has also made the decision to exclusively use EVH amps from now on, and is pleased to announce that an endorsement deal has been made.

Gorgoroth European Tour Starts Soon
The upcoming Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt European tour is now less than two weeks away, and it is therefore high time to issue a reminder: The tour starts on 9. April in Vosselaar, Belgium, and continues through dates in Holland, France, Germany and Italy before ending in Glauchau on 17. April. Support bands for the tour will be fellow Norwegians Keep of Kalessin and Gravdal. The tour is presented by Rock Hard and Metal.de, with support from Norsk kulturråd. New Album Available on Regular and Picture Disc Vinyl
Gorgoroth's latest album "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" is now finally available on vinyl, in two different versions! The regular vinyl edition, which includes a poster, is released by Regain Records, whereas the picture disc version is released by Forces of Satan Records. Both versions are strictly limited pressings!The regular vinyl editions should be available from all major retailers. Bootleg Warning - Forces of Satan Storms
According to several major online retailers, a new Gorgoroth CD called "Forces of Satan Storms" is supposed to be released on January 26, 2010, by a company called IMV Blueline. This has understandably led to some confusion, as no such release has been announced on the official Gorgoroth website. I would therefore like to make it clear to all that this CD is to be considered a bootleg, as it has not been sanctioned by the band. Also, to the best of my knowledge, this CD has been successfully stopped and will not be released at all.~ Infernus

Musik besar telah dipaksa untuk membatalkan konser Gorgoroth dijadwalkan dengan Vader dan Valkyrja malam di Sofia, setelah band telah tiba di tempat tersebut. Infernus dan Gorgoroth diberitahu akhir pekan ini dengan Regain Catatan bahwa karena situasi keuangan Regain, itu sekali lagi akan diperlukan untuk label untuk menunda rilis album mendatang Gorgoroth ini "Di bawah Masuk Neraka 2011", yang dijadwalkan untuk rilis pada 29. Agustus 2011. "Di bawah Masuk Neraka 2011" - re-rekaman album ketiga Gorgoroth ini - akan dirilis oleh Regain Records pada 20 Juni 2011. Pada album, Hama dan Infernus mengulangi peran mereka sebagai vokalis dan gitaris / bassis, masing-masing, dari rekaman asli 1.996, sementara Tomas Asklund melakukan drum.

Gorgoroth akan menghabiskan minggu berikutnya di Studio Monolith Tomas Asklund untuk menempatkan sentuhan akhir pada sebuah proyek yang telah dirahasiakan sampai sekarang: ulang rekaman-lengkap album ketiga band "bawah Masuk Neraka". Telah lama 'Infernus ingin melakukan hal seperti re-rekaman, dan sekarang pekerjaan dekat berakhir. Tidak ada tanggal rilis telah ditetapkan, tapi awal hingga pertengahan 2011 rilis kemungkinan. Selain itu, waktu di studio akan dihabiskan bekerja pada album berikutnya masih belum diberi judul full-length Gorgoroth, dijadwalkan untuk rilis akhir 2011. Kedua album akan dirilis oleh Regain Records.

Selain tiga konser Brasil sudah mengumumkan untuk 04.09.2010-06.09.2010 (di Belo Horizonte, São Paulo dan Porto Alegre, masing-masing), Gorgoroth juga akan tampil di Brasil pada 03.09.2010 dan 07.09.2010, membuat total lima konser. Gorgoroth menyelesaikan mereka "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" Eropa Mini-tur pada hari Sabtu 17. April di Glauchau, Jerman - konser yang menandai akhir tur yang sukses dengan beberapa terjual habis menunjukkan. Band ini ingin menyampaikan terima kasih kepada kru dan penonton untuk partisipasi mereka dalam membuat tur sukses. Konser Gorgoroth berikutnya akan diselenggarakan di Jerman Ragnarok Festival pada Sabtu 1. Mei, di mana band ini dijadwalkan untuk pergi di atas panggung jam 11:35 PM. Infernus baru saja kembali dari latihan di Studio Monolith Tomas Asklund di luar dari Stockholm, dan bekerja pada album tindak lanjut untuk "Possunt Quantos ad Satanitatem Trahunt" ini berjalan seperti yang direncanakan. Setengah album baru (yang masih belum diberi judul) telah dicatat dalam pra-produksi bentuk, dan bekerja pada album akan terus sepanjang tahun di antara tur dan penampilan festival, dengan tanggal rilis tentatif 2011. Menurut beberapa pengecer online utama, CD Gorgoroth baru yang disebut "Pasukan Badai Setan" yang seharusnya akan dirilis pada tanggal 26 Januari 2010, oleh sebuah perusahaan bernama IMV Blueline. Hal ini dimengerti menyebabkan kebingungan, karena tidak ada rilis tersebut telah diumumkan di website resmi Gorgoroth. Oleh karena itu saya ingin membuat jelas bagi semua bahwa CD ini dianggap bajakan, karena belum disetujui oleh band. Juga, untuk yang terbaik dari pengetahuan saya, CD ini telah berhasil berhenti dan tidak akan dirilis sama sekali.
